How long does it take for my order to ship?

Since everything is made-to-order, processing takes about 7-10 business days before shipping.

When will I get my package?

Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way!

Cancellations & Returns

Each piece is custom embroidered and made just for you. Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

If your order arrives with a defect in the stitching or embroidery, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
